Scholarship

Proceeds from the Exeter Classic support to the Barrows/Bogart/Bemis scholarship at the University of New Hampshire.

The scholarship is available to members of the UNH Cycling Team, and is named in memory of UNH Cycling alum.

2013 – 2014 Academic Year: Sean Gribbin

The recipient for the Barrows/Bogart/Bemis scholarship is Sean Gribbin, who has been a member of the UNH Cycling team since his freshman year. He is now going into his final year at UNH as a mechanical engineering student and a valuable member of the cycling team. He is busy during the week with his schoolwork, but somehow finds time to come on race weekends with the team. There would be a missing piece to our UNH Cycling family if he were not present. Sean preformed well this past season with a second place finish in the Army Spring Classic Criterium and a fourth place finish at the Army Spring Classic Road Race. He will surely be a force to be reckoned with during the upcoming mountain and road biking seasons!
